4 Tactics for Effective Self-Management as an Entrepreneur

Schedule your most time-consuming tasks when you’re at the top of your game

Set aside a block of time for the most important tasks. Eliminate distractions such as calls and emails during this period, use it when you are at your mental best to accomplish these high-priority items that can help move projects forward quickly!

Be laster focused – one task at a time

Multitasking is touted as the key to productivity, but research has shown that it doesn’t work. Instead of juggling multiple projects at once and trying not to get bored with your current task or project while doing other things like talking on the phone (or reading email), schedule out blocks of time during which you only focus on one thing – such as working towards completing a large part before moving onto another activity entirely. Take breaks when necessary, but try not to be interrupted during these periods so you can give everything your full attention; just remember: never switch between different tasks without taking some sort of break in between!

Delegate tasks

When the team is cohesive and everyone knows their role, it can be a lot of fun. They are more likely to work well together when they feel like what one person does affects them as an individual contributor on this proactive organizational unit that wants nothing else but success for its members!

Hire a business consultant/coach

The best thing you can do for yourself is to get some outside perspective, whether that be a mentor or business coach. They will help guide the decisions and questions which are most important in your business venture so that they align with what’s really going on inside of it all!
